Knee deep in penalties.

The three owners of a small tech company elected to become an S- Corp. As a result they were required to pay themselves through payroll, so they signed up for a do-it-yourself payroll service. A year later, they found themselves knee deep in penalty notices for not paying taxes on time, incorrect filings and more envelops than they could bear to open. 

The big payroll companies provided a solution for future payrolls but none would help with the back payroll issue. Luckily, the busy business owners were referred to KYB, and we started ongoing service immediately. The back payroll issue was resolved and all penalties were negotiated, decreased and paid off.

The tech company enjoys the convenience of KYB's completely paperless payroll service, allowing them to focus on growing their company, which now has over 20 employees. The office manager receives regular reminders from KYB to submit payroll information.  Some of the newer employees are based outside of California, so KYB set up employer accounts with the new states on behalf of the employer and adheres to each state's unique requirements.
